The constant pressure from TED can be so overwhelming, and finding relief is important. While everyone’s experience is unique, some people find comfort with cool compresses, elevating their head while resting, or using lubricating eye drops to ease discomfort. Managing inflammation, often with guidance from your care team, can also help address the pressure over time.

Have you been able to discuss this with your doctor? Treatments like medications or other therapies might be an option depending on the severity. You’re not alone in this—many here understand just how tough this pressure can be. Sending you some relief and comfort soon! 💙✨
